Power House really helped me learn about nutrition and taking care of my body.... really love this Cayman gym!

The powerhouse gym in Cayman is just that...a POWER HOUSE! I feel great when I work out here and love the staff, equipment and classes - AND it's super close to my place! Win win!

Grand Cayman's Power House Gym was founded in 1975 and is located in the King's Sports Centre. This world class facility offers an incredibly broad range of equipment, classes and amenities. 

These include state of the art equipment, personal training, weight loss, nutrition management, cardio and circuit training, free weights, group classes and more. Amenities include an on-site smoothie bar, pro shop and plasma screen televisions.
